Q:Why EMS massage mode doesn’t vibrate?

A: you need choose different massage mode on the side,and place the sticky electrode pads in the points to be treated at the same time

then it will make vibration.

There are some steps of how to use it, you can try it again.

step 1: turn on the POWER & EMS & INFRARED button

step 2: Connect the wire to the device using the plug,place the sticky electrode pads in the points to be treated at the same time .

step 3: Select the mode of massage: massage:Tapping/Massage/Knead/Scraping/Slimming

step 4: Adjust the intensity to your comfort(5 settings)

Note:

1.The unit will stop working automatically after 10 minutes. If you want to repeat the procedure,turn it on again and repeat it.

2.After finished the therapy,adjust the made selection key to the bottom-no mode, and adjust the intensity selection key to the bottom-0

SONIC massage mode:

Please turn on the POWER & INFRARED & SONIC button and it need wait 3-5 minutes because it generates heat through vibration.The longer the use time, the higher the temperature

Q:Why there is no sound and no vibration?

A:The Ultrasound can’t be heard by human,and the eyes cannot see the obvious vibration, you can try to add a little bit of water on it, then you can see the vibration
